To apply to the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), international undergraduate students need to submit the following: (1.) International Student Application. (2.) Official high school transcripts showing dates of enrollment, subjects taken in the last three years, grades received, graduation date and/or certificate of graduation and official transcripts from all higher education institutions attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from the institutions attended to the University of Nevada, Reno. Required Results: Minimum academic GPA of 3.0; 3 years each of Language, Mathematics, Natural Science, and Social Science.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
You must provide verification of having met the English requirement through one of the following options:
IMPORTANT: If you have not yet graduated from high school at the time of applying to the University, you will need to submit at least 7th semester transcripts before the file can be evaluated for admission. The final transcripts and diploma need to be submitted as soon as they become available.
